1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Gameplex Inc. ("Gameplex", "we") collects and uses personal data when you use shop.gameplex.ai (the "Service"). We are the data controller for the Service. Contact: privacy@gameplex.ai; 50 West 23rd Street, New York, NY 10010, USA.

2. Data We Collect

• Order data: your email address, the game and game account identifier (UID/server) you ask us to credit, the Product ordered, and order history.
• Payment data: payments are collected by our payment processors. We receive confirmation of payment, the payment method type, and partial card data (such as last four digits and card country) for screening and support. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, approximate country derived from it, device and browser information, and service logs — collected for security, fraud prevention and sanctions compliance.
• Support data: the contents of your communications with our support team.
• Fulfillment credentials (account-delivered orders only): where a game is fulfilled inside your game account, sign-in details are collected after payment through our support channel, used solely to deliver your order, shared only with the fulfillment operator completing it, never collected or stored through website forms, and disposed of once delivery is confirmed.

We collect no more than the Service needs: we do not require an account, and we do not collect names or postal addresses for standard orders.

3. Why We Use It (Legal Bases)

• To fulfil your order and provide support — performance of a contract.
• To screen orders against sanctions lists and geographic restrictions, retain transaction records, and meet tax obligations — compliance with legal obligations.
• To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, evidence deliveries and respond to payment disputes — our legitimate interests in operating a secure service.
• To send you order-related emails — performance of a contract. We send marketing only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who We Share It With

We share personal data only as needed to run the Service: with payment processors (who process your payment as independent regulated entities); with fulfillment suppliers, limited to the game account identifier and Product needed to complete delivery; with hosting, email and security providers acting on our instructions; and with authorities, card networks or our processors where the law or a lawful request requires it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. International Transfers

We are a US company and process data in the United States. Where we receive personal data of EU/UK residents, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses with our service providers where required.

6. Retention

Order, delivery and screening records are kept for 5 years to meet financial-crime, tax and payment-dispute obligations. Support correspondence is kept for 2 years. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months. Fulfillment credentials are disposed of upon delivery confirmation and are not retained. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. EU/UK residents may also complain to their local supervisory authority. US state residents may have similar rights under state privacy laws. To exercise any right, email privacy@gameplex.ai; we respond within the time required by law and will verify requests using your order email address. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

8. Cookies

The Service uses only essential cookies and similar technologies needed for security and to operate checkout. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for consent first.

9. Children

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete it and cancel any associated order.
