Pack top-ups, explained

What “pack value” means, and why ordering by value beats buying pack by pack.

Every strategy game runs on packs — bundles of resources, speedups, hero materials and event items, each with a face value in your app store. When we talk about “pack value”, we mean exactly that: the total store value of the packs applied to your account. Order $200 of pack value, and $200 worth of the packs you chose is what arrives.

Why order by value instead of pack by pack? Because that's how experienced players actually plan. A season or a big event isn't one purchase — it's a set of offers that appear across days or weeks. Deciding your budget for the cycle first, then allocating it to the right offers as they rotate in, is how veterans get the most out of every dollar.

That's the shape of an order here: choose the value, then tell our team which packs and offers to apply — all at once or across an event window. If you already know your list, delivery is exactly that list. If you don't, tell us your goals and we'll suggest an allocation before anything is applied.

And if your plan doesn't fit the standard amounts, every game page takes a custom amount — or describe the whole cycle on the Services page and we'll quote it as one order.
